Hello, I am Trang. Founder of Dream Accelerator. Creator of the Match for Magic Movement.

And I was born with a cleft lip. For years, I didn’t see it as a gift. I saw it as shame.

Shame that I wasn’t enough. Shame that I was unlovable. Shame that I’d forever be the girl standing on the sidelines, wanting so badly to belong.

It was a small mark on my face, but a big wound in my heart.

Until I realised something that changed everything.

we are all angels who try to cut down our wings to fit in.

I’m so lucky because my wings are permanent, I cannot hide.

By and by, I learn to accept the truth: I am beautiful.

And I’m never meant to fit in.

I stopped hiding. I started flying.

And life started meeting me in places I never imagined.

From a small town in Vietnam… to building a business across continents.

From deep shame… to being seen, celebrated, and loved.

From thinking I had to earn my worth… to realising I am the magic.
